Ghayoor A. Hashmi did his Engineering Diploma with distinction from Polytechnic Institute Karachi in Mechanical Technology and a diploma in Plastic Technology from South German Plastic Center. He specializes in Plastic Engineering and Injection Molding consultancy.
Prior to setting up Novaplast, he was working as a Technical Manager for Golden Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. And as a Technical Director at Pak Polymer (Pvt.) Ltd. Ghayoor A. Hashmi has a history of innovation in both the plastics and manufacturing sector and expertise in engineering business and strategic planning
Hassaan A. Hashmi did his MBA from Institute of Business Management, Korangi Creek Karachi. He did specialization in Finance, Marketing, Strategic Management and Planning in his MBA. He is part of the organization as the C.E.O. implementing the latest management models and solutions for Novaplast.
He also attended numerous workshops for continual improvement of his managerial skills. Revamping the work environment with firm belief of digital transformation and accessibility of latest technology and smart solution. Mr. Hassan’s utmost hard work and determination in plastic technology industry is exemplary.
